Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re happy to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We want every pup to love our treats! If you or your dog is not satisfied with your order, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your treats. We’ll work with you to find a solution—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund.

Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we begin preparing your order and may not be able to accommodate changes.
